Pamela Denise Gainey better known as Pastor Pamela is a woman whose life has been shaped by faith, perseverance, and a deep commitment to serving others. Her journey into ministry did not begin with a title or a platform. It began with a heart that simply wanted to honor God and encourage people.

Raised in a family that valued faith, hard work, and integrity, Pamela learned early in life that true success is not measured by what you achieve, but by the lives you impact. Those foundational values would later shape both her professional leadership and her calling in ministry.

Over the years, Pamela has been passionate about helping people grow; not only spiritually, but also personally and financially. She believes that God cares about every area of our lives: our faith, our families, our purpose, and our stewardship.

Out of that conviction, she established Prosperity of the Soul Worship Center as a direct response to the vision God placed in her heart. Today, she continues to build and steward the ministry, which is rooted in the belief that true prosperity begins within the soul. The church exists to create a place where people can encounter God, grow in faith, and build meaningful community.

Like many ministries, the journey has included unexpected turns. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced churches across the country to close their doors, Prosperity of the Soul transitioned to an online ministry. What could have been a setback became an opportunity to reach people in new ways. Through online services, prayer, and connection, the ministry continued to grow and serve individuals from different places and seasons of life.

Today, Pamela remains deeply committed to creating a church community where people feel welcomed, supported, and spiritually strengthened—whether they are worshiping online, seeking guidance during a transition, or looking for a place to grow in their relationship with God.

Beyond ministry, Pamela is also an entrepreneur and community leader. She is the CEO of Emmanuel Medical Transport, a company dedicated to helping individuals safely access the healthcare they need. She is also the founder of the Jerome Kennedy McLean Harvest Foundation, an initiative designed to teach financial literacy and stewardship to young people so they can build stronger futures.

Through every role she carries—leader, teacher, entrepreneur, wife, daughter, and mother—Pamela’s heart remains centered on one mission: to serve God faithfully and to help others live lives of purpose, faith, and impact.

Pamela continues to lead with vision and faith as she prepares for the next chapter of the ministry, including the future construction of a church home that will serve as a place of worship, community, and transformation for generations to come.

Her prayer is simple: that everyone who connects with Prosperity of the Soul Worship Center will experience God’s presence, find encouragement for their journey, and discover the purpose placed within them, and experience true prosperity in every area of their lives as their soul prospers.
